Diane Suits

Sales Manager

Diane Suits (aka Suits or Suitserooni) joined Hekman Contract in 2014 as a Territory Sales Manager. Diane’s primary responsibilities involve growing her six regions (19 states) in the mid and south west. She is passionate about the Senior Living market and thoroughly enjoys sharing Hekman Contract’s story and product offerings across the nation. A Davenport University graduate, with a BSBA and a communication minor (we know she LOVES to “communicate”), she has always worked in sales (Insurance and Electronic RFID Audience Response Systems). Diane has spent her life in the West Michigan area and loves snow! She and her husband, Scott, have been married 30 years.

Andrew Christmann

Marketing Manager

Andrew Christmann joined Hekman Contract in 2016 as the Marketing Manager. Andrew’s primary responsibilities are to oversee the day to day marketing operations as well as innovate and develop new tools to provide the sales team a degree of separation. Andrew obtained his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI. and previously worked in marketing within the financial industry. Andrew resides in Grand Rapids, MI with his wife, Heather, and their daughter, Lillian.

Cally Procko

Customer Service Manager

Cally Procko joined Howard Miller in May 2015 and moved over to Hekman Contract as the Customer Service Manager in October 2016. Cally’s primary responsibilities are to lead and support the Customer Service team, assist our sales representatives, and of course, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Prior, she was the Customer Service Manager for many years for a retail store fixture manufacturer, working on projects that included building and remodeling retail stores for major department store chains. Cally lives in Ravenna Michigan with her husband Ed. She has two sons and their families, including 4 grandchildren, live in the area.

Mike Hall

Sales Manager

Mike joined Hekman Contract in 2017 following a successful 25-year career in the contract furniture industry where he worked in sales and management roles for a number of manufacturers and industry suppliers. Mike is responsible for leading the company’s market penetration, business development and sales efforts in the Eastern and Southern US. A native of Michigan, Mike graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Mary Jo currently live in Charleston SC.

David Sullivan

Sales Manager

David joined Hekman Contract in 2020 with over 20 years of experience in the contract furniture industry and is responsible sales growth for the Western States. David started his career as an Independent Sales Representative focused on Hospitality and Senior Living, then moved into Sales and Business Management. David graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Sociology and Business Administration. David lives in Denver, CO with his wife and three boys, where they enjoy all outdoor activities.

Heather Navis

Project Coordinator

Heather Navis became a Customer Service Rep for Hekman Contract on April 14, 2016. Heather oversees 5 different Rep Groups, with a total of 14 states throughout the United States. Prior to Heather joining the Hekman Contract Team, she was an employee for Howard Miller (The Parent-Company) for 15 ½ years and was the Lead Accounts Payable Clerk. Before Heather became an employee for the Howard Miller Company in October of 2000, she received her Associates Degree in Early Childcare from Grace Bible College in Wyoming, Michigan. The majority of Heather’s time is spent being a wife, mom, watching her son play soccer (a true soccer mom, complete with a mini-van) and watching her daughter dance (who is always dancing circles around Heather). Heather also enjoys bike riding with her kids, going to the beach, having cookouts, and most of all spending time with family and friends. Heather resides in Holland, Michigan with her husband Mike and their 2 kids Jordan and MacKenzie.

James Rupp

New Business Development

James Rupp joined Hekman Contract in 2017 as the New Business Development Coordinator. James’ primary responsibilities are to generate new business opportunities for the sales team to set appointments, introduce Hekman Contract, and to grow our overall presence geographically. James graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelors degree in Physical Education-Sport Management and resides in Holland, MI with his wife Brandie.
